Delivery times, how long will my order take to arrive?

This is one of the most common questions we are asked here at Select Wallpaper. 

The answer varies depending on the brand of wallpaper or fabric you have ordered, although most of our products take 3 to 5 working days, there are certain items that are stocked in warehouses throughout Europe, some even come from as far as America.  

Bearing in mind that some customers are in a rush for their order, or might not have the time to contact us during our opening hours I thought I would put together a small list for our most popular brands that can take over 5 working days to deliver. 

• Casadeco, Caselio and Casamance all come from France and are around 5-7 working days

• Colemans are usually 5 working days but for some Italian collections can take around two weeks

• Eijffinger usually takes around 5-7 working days

• Farrow and Ball, current collections 7 working days, archived wallpapers can take up to three weeks

• Roberto Cavalli, some available within days, others may take up to three weeks if they are specialised or wall panels 

• Thibaut is one of our brands that are stocked in the USA, earliest arrival usually 7 days, some can take around two weeks

• Voyage are produced/printed on demand, the standard time is 10 working days but they have been known to take as long as 21 days

Any other brand on our website should be delivered within 3 to 5 working days, please don't hesitate to contact us if your order has taken longer than anticipated, our friendly customer service team are always happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
