The prices for goods displayed for sale on this site are as set out on the site are inclusive of VAT. Delivery will be charged in addition, and any such additional charges are clearly displayed where they apply. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom.

Select Wallpaper cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

Products Purchased In-Store

Select Wallpaper is happy to exchange or refund the price paid for any product bought from our web site if it is returned unused, as sold, within 28 days of purchase. This is subject to the following conditions:

Products which are made to measure, Fabric or Wallcoverings like Grasscloth and Hessian cut to requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty)

You must provide your original sales receipt as proof of purchase.  all refunds will be provided using the same method of payment as your purchase. If the purchase was made using a credit / debit card, the same card must be used for the refund.

We may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud.

Select Wallpaper reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund with or without a receipt


Products Delivered To You

Returned policy You may return it in the same condition as dispatched within twenty-eight days and in the original packaging for a refund subject to a 25% re-stocking charge. (note) Returns are not accepted for quantities less than 2 rolls, (single rolls are non returnable) or wallpaper and fabric sold by the meter that has been specially cut to order. Wallcoverings like Grasscloth and Hessian cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty)

Returning the product to Select Wallpaper (you will need to call us on 01382 477000 or emailing us at, or writing to us at Select Wallpaper, 1C Ainslie Street, West Pitkerro Estate, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, DD5 3RR to cancel the order (or part of it) and arrange collection.

This is subject to the following conditions:

The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original product packaging.

Orders which are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty).
Single rolls of wallpapers and wallpaper sold in our bargain basement are non returnable.

We strongly advise customers to purchase a sample (cost refundable) prior to purchasing rolls of wallpaper. Select Wallpaper cannot guarantee that the colour shown on screen is an accurate match due to different computer monitor settings. Ensuring the colour is correct is the responsibility of the customer. 25% handling and re-stocking charge will apply,

Faulty Products

If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. Please call us on 01382 477000 to arrange.

We will require a cutting taken from each roll of wallpaper which shows evidence of any flaw or defect including the product label(s)


In all events the limit of liability for any faulty or defect in the product shall be to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods, and the Seller shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential loss howsoever arising.

General Conditions

We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. Natural products may show some colour variations. All sizes quoted are approximate. Where SelectWallpaper agrees to provide a specifically designed plan, the Customer agrees to check the accuracy and suitability of the plan.
