SelectWallpaper cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full (including applicable delivery charges). Upon payment, we will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail which will be sent to the e-mail address you provide on your order details. Whether or not you receive the e-mail, our acceptance of your order will create a legally binding contract between us. We reserve the right not to supply you at our discretion.

Products Purchased In-Store
SelectWallpaper is happy to exchange or refund the price paid for any product bought from our web site if it is returned unused, as sold, within 28 days of purchase. This is subject to the following conditions:
Products which are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirements cannot be exchanged or refunded (unless they are faulty)
You must provide your original sales receipt as proof of purchase. all refunds will be provided using the same method of payment as your purchase. If the purchase was made using a credit / debit card, the same card must be used for the refund.
We may ask for identification (proof of address) to help combat fraud.
SelectWallpaper reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund with or without a receipt.

Products Delivered To You
Returned policy within 28 days of receipt of goods you may return the product in original condition and packaging we will issue a full refund of items that meet conditions stated above less 25% handling and re-stocking charges, items that are not returnable if the packaging has been opened or damaged:
Returning the product to SelectWallpaper (you will need to call us on 01382 350063 or emailing us at info@selectwallpaper.co.uk, or writing to us at 45 Silver Birch Drive, Ballumbie Castle, Dundee, DD5 3NS to cancel the order (or part of it) and arrange collection.
This is subject to the following conditions:
The product must be unused, as new, in saleable condition and returned with the original product packaging.

Single rolls of wallpapers are non returnable.
We strongly advise customers to purchase a sample (cost refundable) prior to purchasing rolls of wallpaper. Select Wallpaper cannot guarantee that the colour shown on screen is an accurate match due to different computer monitor settings. Ensuring the colour is correct is the responsibility of the customer. 25% handling and re-stocking charge will apply,
Faulty Products
If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights. Please call us on 01382 350063 to arrange.
Claims
In all events the limit of liability for any faulty or defect in the product shall be to a sum not exceeding the purchase price of the particular goods, and the Seller shall not be held liable for any incidental or consequential loss howsoever arising.

We cannot guarantee that the appearance and/or colours of products shown on this site exactly reproduce the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves. Natural products may show some colour variations. All sizes quoted are approximate. Where SelectWallpaper agrees to provide a specifically designed plan, the Customer agrees to check the accuracy and suitability of the plan.
